Refund policy for exhibitors and sponsors

A 75% refund will be issued for requests made on October 28, 2026 or earlier.
A 25% refund will be issued for requests made between October 29 – January 4, 2027.
No refunds will be issued for requests made fewer than 21 calendar or until January 5, 2027.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
