EPIC is introducing a new exhibitor registration process for 2027! When registering, you will be able to select your preferred booth location directly on the registration site. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to register early for the best selection.
No username or password is required! Your email address will establish your account in EventSquid, making the registration process easier and more convenient. You will NOT use your registration profile from 2026 to access this year’s exhibitor and sponsor registration.
Returning for 2027 – new exhibiting companies are eligible for a 50% discount on a standard booth, if attending EPIC for the first time. Please contact our office at bsc.training@bismarckstate.edu for more information.

Individuals registering for LEC Member Area booth spaces – please note that your booth choices will be marked as tentative until the Lignite Energy Council confirms you are current members. We will check booth requests weekly (or sooner) and confirm requests as soon as possible. Your space will be held for you until approved.

Please Note: We accept ACH and credit card payment methods for online transactions. Some international users may be unable to complete online credit card transactions due to security restrictions. If your payment cannot be processed, please contact our registration staff at 701-224-5600, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and we will be happy to assist you.
If your company has never exhibited at EPIC, we encourage you to submit your information early using the button below. This will allow us to add your company to our database as an active exhibitor.
If it has been more than 10 years since your company exhibited at EPIC, we request that you also complete this step.
The data collected will be used to establish or verify existing company profiles.

Refund policy for Exhibitors and Sponsors
- A 75% refund will be issued for requests made on October 28, 2026 or earlier.
- A 25% refund will be issued for requests made between October 29 – January 4, 2027.
- No refunds will be issued for requests made fewer than 21 calendar or until January 5, 2027.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows

Attendee Data
The Energy Progress & Innovation Conference (formerly the Energy Generation Conference) does not furnish a list of pre-registered attendees to exhibiting companies due to privacy requests from conference partners. During participant registration, we do ask if individuals want their details shared with exhibitors and sponsors. For those who consent, a list is compiled and sent out after the show.
Onsite at the show, exhibitors are able to scan attendee information via QR codes on individual nametags to compile lists of individuals they have contacted. Information on the QR codes will vary, depending on the information provided during registration.
PLEASE NOTE – ATTENDEE LIST SCAMS
Only Bismarck State College has access to attendee information from the show. If you receive an offer from any outside company, they are fake data lists and not the actual EPIC list. Show data is only provided to conference exhibitors and sponsors after the event is over.

If you have not created a profile account on our registration site (registeratbsc.com) before, you must do so before you can register.
- In the menu on the left, click “FAQ” for help on how to create a new profile.
- This step can be done at any time prior to registering.
- The name and contact information on this profile should be the primary booth contact person. This information will be included in the conference program book.
Once you create your account, please keep your username and password in a safe place for easy access because it will be required for any future registrations.
- If you cannot remember your username, click “Forgot Your Username” to have your username sent to the email address on record for your profile.
- If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Your Password” to request a password reset.

Exhibitor Refunds
Notifications must be made in writing to
bsc.training@bismarckstate.edu.
• Notifications received through Friday, December 12, 2025, will be charged 25% of the total registration fee.
• December 13, 2025 – January 8, 2026 will be charged 75%.
• Cancellations received Friday, January 9, 2026 or after will forfeit the entire booth registration fee.
