Multi-Participant Registration

Companies who would like to register five or more employees in one transaction may submit a request to BSC Continuing Education to enable the ability for a company contact to bulk register company employees. Prior to registration, please contact us at 701-224-5600 or bsc.training@bismarckstate.edu to request bulk registration and provide our staff with the following information: Company Name, Address, Email Address, and a Company Contact (the person who will register the company employees). We will also need the Company Contact’s Email Address and Phone Number.

Refund Policy

Participant and Additional Booth Representative Refund Policy:

There will be a 50% per person fee for cancellations received on or before January 15, 2027. Cancellations after this date or during the conference will not be refunded.
Substitutions or name changes can be submitted to bsc.training@bismarckstate.edu through January 15, 2027.

Continuing Education

Professional Development Hours are available for participants for attending EPIC. A QR code will be provided in the conference program and a link will be sent after. Participants must complete the form attached to the QR code/link and select the sessions they attended. A certificate will be sent via email no later than February 27, 2026.

Registration Transfers

Substitutions or name changes can be submitted to bsc.training@bismarckstate.edu through January 15, 2027.

We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it by sending an email, participating in a survey, or creating a profile. We may use your personal information such as email or phone numbers collected to contact you regarding new offerings, class announcements, and promotional or event opportunities. These communications may be passed through an intermediate software or communications company.

Acceptable Forms of Payment
