EPIC’s planning committee is a collaborative group of 30+ people from around the region, each with a drive to fulfill the conference’s mission of energizing individuals and industries in competitive markets through education, technology and networking. Each committee member represents a different facility, plant, vendor or resource within the energy industry.

Greetings from the EPIC Planning Committee! Over the past 45 years, EPIC has evolved into one of the foremost energy industry events and energy trade shows in the region, boasting more than 1,000 attendees and 200 exhibit booths in 2024.

In 2025, we are excited to once again offer opportunities for vendors and attendees to connect and learn in person. One of our key objectives at EPIC is to support aspiring professionals in the energy sector and assist our local energy producers by providing networking and professional development opportunities.

Our mission at EPIC, the Energy Progress & Innovation Conference, is to energize industry and individuals in a competitive market through education, technology, and networking. We are dedicated to realizing this mission year after year as we continuously plan for the next conference.

We eagerly anticipate gathering together again from January 28-30, 2025, in Bismarck, ND. We sincerely hope you can join us for three days filled with education, networking, and enjoyable experiences!
