Bismarck State College announces partnership with the Lignite Energy Council for 2022
Bismarck State College, Continuing Education and TrainND and the Lignite Energy Council announce their partnership for the 2022 Energy Progress and Innovation Conference (EPIC). The partnership was established for the upcoming conference to support smaller companies throughout the region that may not have previously been able to attend the conference. EPIC (formerly the Energy Generation Conference) was established in 1978 as a cooperative effort among producers, suppliers and educators to promote competitive, efficient and safe energy production.
Kay LaCoe, director of membership marketing for the Lignite Energy Council said, “This partnership is a great opportunity to introduce our member companies to EPIC, which has been around for over 40 years. Sometimes, hosting a booth at the show is either cost-prohibitive or is not an option due to staffing limitations. LEC aims to assist those companies by joining resources with BSC.”
More than 30 booths have been reserved in the Exhibit Hall for LEC members in a new area called the “Power Point”. To be included in that section (highlighted in green on the hall map), please contact Kay at
. LEC members are not required to be in the reserved area. Exhibitors who wish to be grouped with the Lignite Energy Council need to be current members of the association.
For companies that choose this area for their booth, punch card sponsorships can be purchased based on availability. Details will be coordinated between BSC and the LEC.
